Kilkenny Chamber 2nd Quarterly meeting with Minister Noonan

At my quarterly meeting with Kilkenny Chamber of Commerce, I was joined by Austrian Trade Commissioner, Dr. Joseph Treml.

We had a productive meeting discussing the following agenda items:

• Ukraine crisis

• Abbey Quarter and housing

• Town Centre First

• Outlook for tourism 2022/23

• Traditional skills centre for Kilkenny

• National Architecture Policy

• SETU – campus for Kilkenny

• Training centre for KC ETB

• N24/N25

Comhgairdeas Brian Keyes who takes over as chair for a two year term succeeding Colin Ahern who did an exceptional job leading Chamber members and the tourism sector through the economic and public health challenges of the pandemic.
